snowflakes- young adults more prone to taking offence and less resilient than previous generations, or as being too emotionally vulnerable to cope with views that challenge their own.
What word means something different today than it did 10 plus years ago?
"Marriage." It used to be a way for 2 loving adults to express their undying commitment to one another for richer or poorer, through sickness and health for as long as they both shall live.
Great song!!! :) I haven't heard that in forever:) I know you're going through difficult break up now and understand why you think word marriage is a "joke" :) I'm very anti ever get married again or commit to one person again....but when I was married was not a joke to me or him :) we loved each other very much and I'm sure I would have been happy to spend rest of life with him :) I don't feel like I could or want to have that with anyone else though... so I'll just keep break hearts till I'm too old to... then get some cats ;)( not really) Anyway , maybe you will meet someone awesome when you're ready and not hate that word anymore. I think you will :) ... cos I said so ;)
