The thought of spending billions of dollars to build a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border when this country's infrastructure is crumbling is outrageous and anyone who would vote for that to happen should be voted out of office. The idea that Mexico will pay for the wall is a pipe dream and if you think that someone who wants to get to the U.S. won't find some other way to breach the borders, you're naïve.
I agree with thee m'dear. Trump probably does as well but we know he tells people what they want to hear just to sucker them in and when he talked about the wall during the campaign the crowds went ballistic. Same as when he said "Lock her up" and calls her "crooked" Hillary. He played to the crowd, for the crowd and quite possibly meant nothing he said at any time. It just played well in Peoria and other environs so he kept it up. The crowds are saps. Suckers. Gullible. He gives them words and they go crazy nuts. I don't know if they will ever see the light wake up and smell the coffee. They like the fantasy rallies and lies and cheap talk he provides them. Why give it up? Let Trump's base run to anyone they choose. After the mid terms of 2018, the Democrats will handily control both Houses of Congress. As a Conservative that votes Republican, I can't wait for this Republican Congress to get their comeuppance. This system isn't designed to tolerate any third party attempt of consequence to gain the White House. A third party effort will guarantee a Democratic win either at the polls or in the US House. Republicans have never led when controlling both houses. You get whining and pitiful excuses. Since Trump is a man without a party, it's time to send him packing anyway and for God's sake, take that GOP Congress with you.

So if Doofus Donny "gets it on" with a guy ya think his base who are VERY anti-LGBTQ would roll with it even though they think same-sex anything is an abomination?
