Discussion»Questions»Television and Movies» I just found out there will be a new Halloween movie next autumn, starring Jamie Lee Curtis, after such a long time. Will you watch it?
I was thinking about the Last Halloween movie last night H20, and didn't Michael Myers get his head cut off at the end? So now I'm really curious to find out the new story line for Micheal Myers. If the previews look good, and buzz about the movie is decent, I'll see it in the theater, it's actually a better experience, to see a scary movie in a crowded theater, everyone reacting to the scary moments!!!
Well, it wasn't his head. It was another person under the mask. Watch the next one after H20 and you will find out. :D :D Better yet, don't! Halloween: Resurrection's rating was so low it's not even worth it.
I liked all Insidious, The Conjuring, and Babadook. I watched Annabelle: Creation last night, and it didn't especially impress me -- same old, same old...
I probably would, yes. I do like an awful lot the original movie. And I like Jamie Lee Curtis. None of the sequels or remakes did much for me. (The one where Curtis was an adult at a college, I think? That was OK for me.) I probably haven't even seen them all. And I refused to watch any of the Michael Myers versus the Friday the 13th guy ones. (Friday the 13th movies are some of the worst for me.)
Hell, I'd go just to hear the theme music again. :)
I don't want to see it. I saw the original one on DVD, and I didn't like it at all. There are big holes in the plot, and it's boring more than scary. Such stuff loses its shock value quickly to me.
