    Kindle is much more handy.

But books have a world all their own.

Kind of like record albums instead of cd's.

I would like to have the dough for books I don't have any longer.  I am the same.

I prefer books. One of the best parts about reading a book is that I can take a big whiff of the pages, I just love that smell for some reason. I especially like the older musty ones.

Kindle.  It's more convenient and my books don't create any clutter. I hardly know how to handle a paper book anymore.

Paperback books - I like turning pages.  Also, when I finish reading my books, I send them on to my best friend, she lends them out to her family and friends and then we send them on to an organization that includes them in their care packages to the troops.  Dozens of people can read that paper book but only a couple of people can read something on Kindle.

Paper. I've never tried Kindle, nor have I ever held a Kindle machine on in my hands.

You can use paper to swat a fly. A Kindle might not survive the impact. :P
