Well, meditation is great, but I need to quell the anxiety before I can do that sometimes.

Sorry another gif that won't post.

Quelling  only gives me more anxiety. But so does taking a pee today. Meditation sounds good, in between breathing in and out of a paper bag. ;O

Well there was a moving picture of the caterpillar in Alice in Wonderland smoking a hookah.

    But.... it never materialized.

I use the breathing exercises I was taught in therapy to help handle my anxiety.   With practice they almost become second nature; you just start doing them without thinking.

Ill try that. Can you do it while you hold your breath?

Holding your breath is part of a breathing exercise (inhale, hold, exhale)

  • How should you handle anxiety attacks or how do I?
First I text my ex and tell her off, then I go on Answermug and talk about it and then I eat a bunch of junk food, listen to music and then drink beer in my bathtub until I fall asleep.
I usually feel better the next day.
It's kind of a long self destructive process, but it works for me or you could meditate.
    Good luck. : )
