I make great pancakes but don't know the measurements; I just put the stuff in the bowl and mix it up. This is just approximate: one cup SR flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt, one egg, one tablespoons peanut oil, 1/4 c sugar, 1/2 - 2/3 c milk. It needs to be thicker to use in a waffle iron than it does for grilling pancakes. Be sure to use self rising flour AND the baking powder.....it makes them very light.
Veena, sorry I can't help you with this one. I don't make pancakes and I rarely eat them. They sit in my stomach like lead. :-( But, Thriftymaid's recipe looks good. :-)
