I dare you to wear this to class/work

That being a outfit made entirely out of unused plastic garbage, trash, bin bag/liners as clothing/outfit for work or your next class.

Thanks

Wow. You don't have a great deal of imagination, do you, UT?  This post was edited by Don Barzini at September 27, 2017 8:23 PM MDT

He's trying to bring attention to something that he is passionate about, wearing trash bags and having them worn in main stream fashion. There are top designers who design trash bag clothes. If you don't want to try it, then keep your negative comments to yourself. Here is a picture of Anjelina Jolie wearing a trash bag dress. This post was edited by ally at October 3, 2017 11:34 AM MDT

Be positive:  It's a new, fun and creative way to express your self and be fashionable!!
Here is a dress inspired by Marilyn Manroe
    made out of trash bags.

I don't so much have an issue with the IDEA, only that UT posts this crap over and over, to the exclusion of all else. Its not passion, its fixation, and its sad.

It is a passion and he is focused on inspiring more people to wear trash bags as clothes. It is a growing fashion trend. As new people join Amug he continues to  ask these questions to get new people to be open minded and try the idea. If the experienced members of amug are tired of his questions then leave him alone.

  • Sounds like a cool Idea, very creative. : )
Kind of like a survival skill in a way too
Bags would repel water and I'm guessing that it's easier to create clothing out of bags than trying to sew fabric?

What do you use to connect the bags to each other?

    Hi TS,
The bags can be used for many purposes - good idea about  a survival tool - multi- purpose tarp, make shift tent, ect... Also, you connect the bags with duct tape, it comes in many colors and designs now, so you can survive and also look fashionable:)

  • Cool, thanks Ally.
I really like the dresses you made.

I'm gonna take my new survival skill with me if I go out in the woods by the lake. : )
