Why is it OK for The Donald John to delete his tweets (supporting Luther Strange) and not OK for any other Pol to delete? Is he speschul?

I thought rewriting history was frowned upon by government officials when they are in office. Pretending you didn't say what you said? There are records other places that have those tweets so his deletes are only superficial. Does he know that?
