While I wouldn't want to be in that position, I've always wondered what it would be like. Since the specifics of the Code Duello would probably be enforced, it would probably be a choice of pistols or swords. My choice would be to first try to mediate the disagreement. Failing that, I'd rather roll up the sleeves and duke it out with fists. That way you could shed blood and still come out alive.
