    Don't like to exercise.

How about a few stretches here and there?  Believe it or not, it does help.

Thank you, I am busy on my feet most of the day. But stretching is good.

  • I'm at a perfectly good weight and have been for a long time.

I don’t want anyone overwhelmed by desire. It’s just not fair.

To be this considerate AND covered in rippling muscles? Yeah, not fair. Thank you for your service! ;)

  • "No need."  I'm just going to wait until the powers-that-be
change their minds about what perfection is.
Like they do with everything else.

I don't have time right now to take a trip to Colorado.

You can actually lose weight by going to Colorado!

If I were in Leadville CO I would weigh 0.192 pounds less than I do in my hometown.  That doesn't seem to be much of a benefit.

I could definitely stand to lose a few pounds, but I am currently healthy and I feel confident in my body. It's been a long time coming, but for some reason now that I'm the heaviest I've ever been in my life, I'm somehow also the most proud of my shape.

The reason is that I eat too much food.

You need to move.  I thought you were good at that stuff.

This summer I made a three mile hike with a 1000 foot change in elevation each way.  That was pretty good for a 67-year-old.  Now I am doing yard work every day in 85 degree, humid weather.  I'm not that overweight, 215 lbs at 6'2''.

If anything I need to gain weight, but I lost my taste for greasy and unhealthy foods so I'm trying to gain muscle weight. If I'm gonna be thin, I need a bit of muscle tone to look better. Just not too much muscle cuz that can look a little gross.

I pictured a lot of underweight people answering me for some reason.

Muscle needs protein.  Eggs work and so does supplemental nutrition from a health food store or section in a regular food store.

You sound like you are doing well with it.

Not enough discipline. I do good for about a week or two, but I relapse to temptation of the greasy stuff.
