Richard Spencer led a White Nationalist torch rally in Charlottesville at Emancipation Park. Who was out of line?

Spencer for holding a rally at that location or Mayor Mike Signer who called it "another despicable visit by neo-Nazi cowards"? Why ?

Signer was spot on. It saddens and angers me that there isn't a constitutional way to keep Spencer and the rest of the alt-wrong gang from holding such despicable demonstrations. Personally, I think that with the current climate, such things are equivalent to shouting "fire" in a crowded theater.

Signer was out of line, and possibly violating the First Amendment if he was acting in his official government capacity.

As deplorable as his message may be to the majority of us Spencer was (apparently) within his First Amendment Rights and was therefore not "out-of-line".
