We live in an a**-backward world. A world in which the "good guys" tell lies and the "bad guys" speak the truth. "Why?" Who cares, right?

Acceptable lies are preferred. Unacceptable truth makes you a pariah. You'd do best to just go along to get along. Don't make waves. Don't upset the apple cart.  Remember on which side your bread is buttered. Don't bite the hand that feeds you. Better Red than dead. Did I leave any salient ones out ?  We used to get punished for telling lies. Now liars can and do get elected prez. Go figger! :(
