That's who the real enemy is. There is no significant threat to the U.S. from the outside. It's a superpower.
Conflict is what democracy is all about. The closer a society is to a dictatorship the more peaceful and united it appears. Trump represents a coup d'tat against the establishment.
The probability of a civil war in the U.S. within the next 20 years or so is very high. About 20% of the American population are completely unamerican and have values right on the edge of treason. It's likely to come to a head eventually. Sometimes compromise just means slow incremental surrender. That's not going to happen. The left will be defeated one way or the other.
