Boy do I ever know that! Jim is a golfer and there are so many things of which you have to be aware SIMULTANEOUSLY. It's just too complicated for me. I would just try to hit the ball. There are 14 different clubs so which one do I choose? Well there are rules for that. You have to be aware of the green(how the grass is, whether it's wet or dry, where the curves are ) and the grass and the wind. You have to remember how to hold the club, how to stand, how to swing. AARRGGHH! It would drive me CRAZY. Jim loves it. He also plays tennis and that requires a lot of thought too but it isn't nearly as complicated. Of course I am not now nor have I ever been a sporty gal. I'm a good watcher though. Thank you for your reply m2c. Do you play golf? :)
I don't know if you can call it a "sport" but the one activity I always loved was Badminton. Why? Because the Birdie flew SLOWLY in the air so I could get there in time to hit it. It was a lot of fun. I didn't feel lame, goofy or awkward playing that. Everything else? AARRGGHH. I tried tennis but I have a depth perception problem due to multiple eye surgeries. So that's not a good thing when you're playing tennis. :)
