    Body actions
    Facial expressions
    whether happy or distressed
My gut feeling of the experience
empathy for what they are feeling
putting myself in their shoes as they are speaking
sometimes I might not understand the words
but understand their feeling...their meaning This post was edited by Baba at October 14, 2017 6:50 PM MDT
