Well, there is the Discovery Institute they will happily give you all sorts of reasons why their activity is totally justified 'dor the grater glory'

And then there is advertising, usually justified by some cherry picked tales of how 'good for the economy' it has been at some point in the past.
The abowe is a http: link. If clicking give you an error message edit the address line so 'https:" becomes "http:" at the start of the address, then use the prowsers 'load this adress' button (usually at the end of the address field) to load the right page.

I have never heard of it...Discovery Institute... JakobA. I shall Google it and familiarize myself with it. My Jim is a softie when it comes to advertising. I'm very hardnosed and do a lot of research on things he sees advertised that he is inclined to buy.  Would you believe that EVERY time I have researched an item the bad reviews outweighted the good? Now I know that you can't always trust them. I mean folks can be shills and get paid to write good stuff and competitors can get folks to write bad stuff. Even so I investigate. Thanks for the head's up JakobA! :) OMG! A politically conservative think tank that promulgates intelligent design and wants to teach  anti-evolution! Double OMG! I'm tossing in an  OY VEY as well.  What a terrible reason for The Discovery  Institute to exist. :( This post was edited by RosieG at October 17, 2017 5:29 AM MDT
