I wonder if some countries do 'special programs' for 'newcomers'


i wonder if theres some countries who gives welfare cheque to newcomers ( i dunno if you gotta have ytour citizenship or not ) 



just so they can live the basic minimum, then once they are ready they find a job or business and they live on their own ?

    I think you have to be an American citizen to get welfare in the USA.

    ok because i have welfare in my country, but we cannot live in another country and still gettitng welfare.

    Many jurisdictions in the US extend welfare benefits wothout without requiring that the recipient be a citizen of the country.

    Yes, but just try to get some governmental help in those jurisdictions if you happen to be a native born US citizen that's truly in need of some help. Not gonna happen.
