It's easier to talk about past truth and future presumed truth than truth that exists in real time..meaning NOW. Will that ever change?

Real-time truth is fraught with intense emotion and thus cordial discourse is crippled because emotion always  hobbles calm and logical conversation. Past truths are distant and because of that they don't involve as much emotion. Future "presumed" truths are only opinions and not fact. So we have differences of opinion which is fine. It's when we have differences in our perceptions of truth that causes problems.
