    So, lets see . . . Niger is loaded with gold, oil, pitchblende, probably cinnabar and a whole host of other rare metals, but they're as poor as church-mice? Sounds like Venezuela.

    Our troops have been there for 20+yrs. In 2008 a special collision was formed to help them combat terrorism. Did Obama only want to protect the gold, oil and uranium etc?
