All governments enjoy the great potential for being CORRUPT. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Doesn't it?

On a scale of  1-10, 10 being the absolute worst/most evil/most disgusting/most vile where does your government stand? Low end, middle, high end? Why do you think so and does your government scare the crap outta ya since it is run by a cabal/multitude of loose cannons?
