Would you stick to your current job even though the boss is terrible?

I had a terrible boss up until last month but the owner of the company fired him after nine of our drivers quit in the same week.  We only had two drivers left and it's kind of hard to have a trucking company with only two drivers.

Am my own boss,
so no problem
...And if any client 
is like that,
I walk away and will not do the job!
