"We should be the party of doing well". I don't know who said it or which party it is about. I just heard it on TV. Do you agree?

Whatever the label affixed to it should every political party be the party of "doing well"? Is that a good selling point?

    Not really. I prefer statements about the future, not the present. Short sighted people constantly talk in the present tense. Doing well in the short term is easy.
