    Never...I take a lot of time brushing..rinsing...I'm very particular about using a liberal amount of toothpaste and water;))

    It's the brush, not the toothpaste, that does most of the work.

    No, I have not and probably would not. I assume that if I did, my teeth would still be clean as long as I did a proper job of brushing. Happy now?

    Every dentist I have gone to says that it's brushing that gets the job done, not toothpaste.

    Sure, I have.  When traveling and realized I forgot my toothpaste and all I had on hand was mouthwash.  It was perfectly fine.

    Just fine---haven't used it in many years.  Too old to need fluoride, and my teeth are not sensitive and do not need a special toothpaste to combat sensitivity.

    The truth is: you would do just fine without toothpaste at all.

    Yes,  we were out but I had the mouthwash so I used it. Still got that fresh clean feeling.
