    I worked with a man who would walk up to people who were in a conversation and just start talking.  We, for a long time, tried to ignore it but eventually I would not stop talking if I were the one speaking when he chimed in.   I even increased my volume and looked at him in a way to say, I'm speaking now.  He didn't stop interrupting, but he never did it to me again.
