I don't get it! Lying to Congress UNDER OATH is a crime. Why does anyone get to lie UNDER OATH for a 3rd time about the same thing?

  • Legally proving a lie in court is difficult ( especially when high payed powerful lawyers are involved) and costly.
    Sadly it often seems the courts don't want to be tied up with the lengthy and expensive proceedings for something that has few absolutes of outcome in many or most cases.
