I love that show.  You also need to do a Preacher season 1 & 2 marathon.  Season 2 has a character named Herr Starr.  The part and the actor, just brilliant.  Oh, and Jesus makes an appearance you'll truly appreciate.  My current favorite show.

I just found out the male Macaw Ive had for 15 years is a girl. I found an egg sitting on the bottom of his cage two days ago. The next day I was having lunch with my grandsons mother, and she got all excited when I told her of this discovery. We could make a fortune selling little Macaws, she said, arent those birds expensive? I was too nice to tell her you need a male to fertilize the eggs first, just like human eggs need to be fertilized, but I told her anyway. She was shocked then said, Humans lay eggs too?

This question is right up there.  Stupidest?  Like that can be measured and graded?

Trump's daily dose of mindless babble brings new contenders on a daily basis.

    How about this one?

This week Rep. Trent Franks (R-Ariz.) garnered national attention for saying that rape only rarely resulted in pregnancy. This is no isolated incident. Who can forget when Todd Akin spoke of "legitimate rapes" and women shutting "the whole thing down"? But less known is that this argument has been said again and again by several Republicans. Though completely false — a study found that over 32,100 pregnancies result from rape each year and some studies have found that rape victims are more likely to become pregnant than women who have consensual sex — the claim that raped women don't become pregnant is a nice way for Republicans to try to fend off arguments for including exceptions for rape and incest in abortion legislation. See, most Americans, even most Republicans and even most anti-choicers support exceptions in cases of rape and incest. • Stupidest yes.   Since stupid in this use is entirely subjective and opinion based it therefore can be graded or quantified however and by any measure the person holding the opinion chooses.

I don't know about stupidest but the most recent one was just on the Newshour.  The had a criminal in disguise for an interview.  Then they showed him in a photo with D. Trump in Panama WITHOUT HIS DISGUISE.  They asked him if that was him in the picture and he said yes.  He didn't even get it.   Do you think they blew his cover?

That latest song by Kesha -- some godawful screaming about "Praying"  -- horrible song to me. I'm not even going to post it for fear of getting near it.

Glis, it is the season wherein every advertisement is about how to buy meals or desserts etc...why ? Why can't people cook at home? I think it is really stupid to fear cooking and shy away from cooking. People spend so much money on ready made food, which is hazardous in the long run. I've heard the stupidest excuses for not cooking...it is nothing but LAZINESS.....;))

  • Desserts I can understand actually.  Baking is a pain in the azz and messy.  Plus many people don't eat or make dessert often enough to make buying the ingredients cost effective.

Meals though?   I don't get it either.   Sometimes I like to eat out sure,  but buying premade subpar food to heat at home is silly to me too.  Unless you're single.

Agree Glis...desserts ..can be a bit laborious..cleaning too...! But...some folks buy cut fruit, veggies....and even simple sandwiches...which can be made in a jiffy;))
