  • As for me, I fight back. Your question doesn't take into consideration those people who have low self esteem or worth due to a history of abuse. It's not that they don't respect themselves, they have real difficulty overcoming the damage and returning to a normal life style. It's easy for any of us to say fight back and be done with it. With such victims, it runs deeper.
