The golf course where I spent many hours playing on is now closed. However, the operators tried to make it respectable and classy by requiring players to wear shirts with collars. They also hired a 'ranger' to keep the players moving and influence them not to yell out F---! and other choice words of dissatisfaction.

Bummer bh! Why did it close? I think wearing shirts with collars doesn't make it respectable but then I don't know that much about fashion.  I do think requiring players to watch their language is common courtesy. I wonder how you'd say He** or Dam* on a golf course? HEasteriskasterisk? Or Damasterisk? Thank you for your reply. What was your handicap when you were at your best? Jim's is currently a 6. That seems VERY GOOD to me. :)
