Have you ever found your house on Google Earth or some other website?

    I haven't looked for my house, but my first use of the Internet was the Google photographs so I could establish the Ordnance Survey grid reference for a particular geographical feature.

    Yes.

    Some years ago, I looked for the house on the block that I lived in from 8 to 13 years of age. (Early 1950's)

    I thought I had hacked into a time machine---it looked identical to what I remembered.  

    Still gives me a feeling I cannot describe even now as I think about it.

    I walked virtually through the park I used to play in; walked downtown, rode my bike down my favorite hill again.

    It was really amazing.

    Almost like "Willoughby"--- episode 30 of the American television anthology series The Twilight Zone.  (But I didn't die.)
