    Because e can make anything complicated if we see some gain in doing so:

    Examples
    - accused of meaning something that was not said or meant. eg: "Black lives matter" getting relayed as "Black lives are more important than white/red/yellow lives". This often happen to politicians.

    Thank you for an EXCELLENT example of your point JakobA. When I hear "Black lives matter" what I hear is "Black lives are as important as other lives". I don't hear that they are MORE important. SIGH. Honestly I don't know how anyone ever understands anyone about anything since how we perceive/comprehend drives everything. Your example is but one of a multitude which is depressing as he**. Not your fault. Truth often is depressing. More's the pity. :(  Happy Saturday m'dear! :)
