Everyone is taken to task every day.

When we leave the house and tell someone where we are going, we are justifying leaving the house in some manner.

When we explain anything, like why we are changing the TV channel, we are justifying to someone else if they are in our company.

If I am being interviewed for a job, I have to justify why I want this job and why I left my last position.

Anyone who gets testy about having to explain themselves, either has an ego the size of Canada, or has something to hide and is showing a nerve being hit.

I see Insecure and Liar when I see someone losing their temper because they have to explain their behavior.
