    "dehydrated plums," possibly my favorite fruit ever since I first tasted them a long time ago.

    As much as I sort of like prune juice, too, I never thought about it. I looked it up and here is an article about it.

    It all seems to involve recooking the prunes in boiling water. That doesn't seem juice-like to me.

    Ah...they are re-hydrated, therefore, in my opinion, they are no longer prunes.
