When you reply to a question do you ALWAYS reply as honestly as you can or are you more interested in effect and so "toy" with truth? Why?

  How can anyone "always" reply in the same way each and every time to each and every query over an entire lifetime? Sometimes when we answer, we joke around, or we lie. There's no "always" to it. Oh, and by the way, the person who says he or she has never told a lie even once is lying.
