  • Being worried all the time is a strong indicator of mental instability and illness.

    Neither is.

Both are unconscious acts that mean nothing in the end because we are doing them out of some duty or learned behavior.

Enlightenment is awareness.  You can talk the talk all day long but if you do not know why you are walking the walk, you will trip up over and over.

Life is a lesson in learning and when you put your head in the sand and stop learning, then you are stuck in time.

    That is never fun.

And just asking knee-jerk questions is NOT learning.

You need to listen.  And most importantly, you need to learn to listen to what really matters.

If something is upsetting you, then you are losing power over it.  If it is eating at you day and night, you need to release it.  Let it go.

That doesn't mean to forget about it.  It means you have to put your anger and disappointment into perspective and allow.   Just allow and accept and trust God to know what is best.

We still have to fight the good fight, but this doesn't mean fighting in the Trump sense, it means fighting for the TRUTH.

The TRUTH is not what people in the White House say or do.  They are so  far below any spiritual teaching, it is not funny.

The TRUTH is that if we say and do what GOD would be proud of, (and we certainly know enough in our guts when we are going against this) then we do not have to worry about what Bills are passed, and what idiot is in office.

We need to know that what is important is the person in the mirror and that we don't react the same way our enemies react.

    That is what starts wars.
