Has there been any other President in the White House that did not have a dog? Trump, doesn't have one, he hates them.

EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE:  I fired him like a DOG.  HE got fired like a dog.  That is the kind of insane language he uses.  WHO FIRES A DOG anyway?

    Harry Truman detested dogs. He received a puppy as a gift, it was cared for by White House staff - Truman himself had no relationship with it.
    Thomas Jefferson also did not have a dog, he preferred more exotic pets - like his mockingbird and two bear cubs.
