Those are both seafood, but neither of them are fish.

They are crustaceons, not fish strictly.

    Thanks.

If you haven't, I urge you to educate yourself about swai/basa fish, how they are raised, and how they are processed and get here.  I will never ever eat this fish again, even though it is a favorite on the menu at the fish house where we go.  It is all imported from Viet Nam and Cambodia.  The way it is raised is nasty and disgusting.

It doesn't say you have to order their specialty. I'd order a cheeseburger.

If I were to go to a fish only restaurant, I would probably ask for blackened, grilled Grouper or Red Snapper. If it was all seafood, I would get a boiled Atlantic Lobster, a large platter of Mussels and steamed clams. For dessert I want grilled garlic scampi.

When we go to the fish house I usually get the shrimp, but I also like the halibut.  Red Snapper has been my favorite throughout life but it is off the menus where I live because it has been "fished out."  I don't know how long it will be before Florida can resume fishing for it.  I read that the Atlantic will open up pretty soon but the Gulf side no.  I hope to see it on the menu again soon.

Fresh Grouper, no more than 36 hours off the boat.  Broiled, a little salt, nothing else.  We call it white steak.  It's the best meat I know of.
