Allegedly Putin and the other Russian OLIGARCHS are billionaires based on how much they have stolen/"appropriated" from the country and the crooked deals they've made and the people they've cheated. It is well-known isn't it that's how they got to be obscenely wealthy billionaires? They engage in money-laundering vis a vis worldwide real estate "deals".How do the people not know that if outsiders do or if they do know why do they still love the crook?
