Senator Kennedy was very professional, precise, concise and focused only on what the proposed appointee knew. Each question probed that and only that. The questions seemed endless. Kennedy didn't cut Petersen any slack just because their political party affiliation is the same. I admire that. He did a great job. He didn't set up any "gotcha" questions. He simply asked questions to determine how familiar Petersen was with the legal jargon/process/procedures. Did you watch/listen to it? What did YOU think?
