Yet another false premise. Neither Trump nor the Republican Party claim each other.  Wow, for someone so supposedly enamored with truth . . .

  • Just as Lincoln nailed it on the head with the two minute Gettysburg Address, so you too have succinctly identified the crux of the problem

I have no idea wtf their problem is other than hating their job. All of what they are doing will ensure that the Democrats flip the house and Senate. They've done everything they could to make it happen. From what I've seen, only 3 or 4 Democratic wins will win a majority. That will most certainly happen with the House of Representatives in the coming mid-terms. This post was edited by Zack at December 17, 2017 5:40 AM MST

Gotta call you on this, Rosie. Neither of those sentences are true statements.

God destroys his creations (just as an easy example)

Trump hijacked the Repubs, they didnt create him. (They couldn’t stop him)

Some notable Repubs are not his allies.

  • Political parties have a history of refusing to renominate a sitting president for a second term. It's happened before in the 19th century. The most important piece of business in 2020 will be the re-election of the president. I'm hoping for a quick demise of the GOP. They sorely need to be replaced with some faction or group that doesn't mind the responsibility of leadership on a national scale. All we can do down here on the grassroots level is hope and pray that the GOP will be hopelessly crippled by the coming 2018 midterms and that will deliver the fatal blow. It's probably asking too much to see something significant before the 2020 General election, but I hope it will at least happen in my life time.

I don't know if they created him, but if he's been adopted, the Republicans have turned out to be lousy parents.

All I know is that when Trump was born, they broke the mold.

Unfortunately, he was still in it at the time.
