      This post is in the spirit of a double entendre, meaning that you're correct in your assessment of the word "get" as in to understand, but it also has another significance here.  The other way it can be taken is to mean randy (lowercase) as in the colloquial reference to become sexually aroused. As such, the asker is using an ambiguous play on words, leaving it up to the reader to determine how to interpret it and how to answer it. 

      Technically, there is a third way the word "get" can be read in this question, as in to receive. This can mean as an acquaintance, as a visitor, as a lover, etc.
