  • Yes ... the thing that holds the cover plate on the outlet. Sometimes you have to take those off.

  • The phrase "Strip the head" would make most males, like it did Wey, add "of a screw?"

    That same phrase spoken to a woman though might bring to mind a recent beauty trend that's called "Strip the Head."

    Weylon & Alf are right.  If you use something other than a phillips head screwdriver to unscrew a phillips head screw, you can easily strip the head.  Then, it's a b*tch to either get the screw out or tighten it.
