    You do know they now have uncured bacon which has no nitrates or nitrites, right? I believe it is those preservatives that are the carcinogens. It's very tasty. You can't tell that anything is missing. It's usually slightly pricier but so what, right? Thank you for your reply and Happy Tuesday Sbf! :)
