Well, yes. I was racing at the fairgrounds at Hamilton, Ohio. A half mile horse track. Really fast. A rider hit my front wheel and I went down hard and was knocked out. Meanwhile, another rider came up behind me at speed and ran over my back. (tire marks on back of my jacket.) I was not seriously injured and went home that night. I always made it a point to pray before every race.
A lady turned left in front of me and I dented in her passenger-side door with my right knee. (I was on a motorcycle). I wasn't seriously hurt but collected a couple thousand dollars for pain and suffering. In those days that meant a lot.
Twice. First time I rode my friends bmx down an embankment into oncoming traffic. A The brakes didn’t work. A powder blue ford escort mark1 just caught me with its wing mirror to my face. It didn’t hurt much. The woman driver who hit me was hysterical.
The second time was only only a couple of years ago. I was on my way home from work asleep in the back of the van. The driver woke me up because we arrived at my drop off point. I was still half asleep and crossed the road behind the van. A car full pretty girls hit me. Caught me legs sent me up in the air and I landed in mud. My leg was hurt but I just wanted to get away because I was embarrassed.
I got hit crossing a street (legally) and a guy in a hurry turned the corner rapidly and hit me in the arse. I got up and approached him and he thought I was going to kill him.
I was hit by a car and knocked to my knees and thrown across three lanes of traffic and I got up without a scratch.
I am very weirdly protected. I have walked through things that should kill a person.
I fell at least 20 feet off a bridge and fell into grass and did not get hurt at all.
I hit a car when I was very young and skidded sideways into another car. It was the only injury I have ever gotten from an accident and the only broken bone. I got a fractured talus and that is a VERY small foot bone and I was rushed to this two bit hospital in Northlake and as wonder would have it, I was operated on by one of the finest foot surgeons in the United States. Lucky me. He fixed me good as new.
There's more. My car was side-swiped in Sedona, Arizona. I went off a small cliff and my car tumbled to the bottom. I'm not sure if it sommersaulted once only or went over twice but I landed upside down at the bottom of a ravine. My car was totaled. I had not one scratch on me.
I saw a flying saucer about twenty minutes before that.
I was contacted by Sai Baba during that year.
It was 1999.
Oh yeah.
I never get hurt much and when I do? It heals really fast.
I am very healthy. I am very strong. I am not 67 years old. I am 67 years invincible.
