Discussion»Questions»Health and Wellness» If you use drugs or alcohol, do you keep track of how much you consume over a year and then make yourself feel guilty about it?
I don't drink enough for me to be concerned about it. I can count on one hand the amount of times I've consumed alcohol this year (one more will be added at New Year's, so that may cause me to use the other hand). Nonetheless I never feel guilty about it.
I guess I'll find out when I take all the bags of empties to the bottle depot for recycle one day. I should be able to see exactly when I was depressed by the bags that have lots of corona and a few crown royal bottles. It will be sad to see. Now I maybe have one can of Budweiser per entire bag if that? I'm much happier now.
I do wonder if someday somebody will take all my bottles in and think "Wow, someone had a bad month according to this bag."
I have a problem with beer: I like it. I don't know when to stop. Whatever is in the house is one serving. And since I don't care to spend my own money on something that only makes me stupid, I don't buy it.
