As long as YOU get what YOU want from someone do you give a rat's a** what else he/she does to others and how much they suffer? Why?

I know you do my friend. Among other things here's what bothers me so much right NOW. That "cut cut cut" tax bill that has passed and will be implemented at some point..you know the one that donjohn insists won't help him or his obscenely wealthy friends  at all but is all for the middle class...is gonna hurt millions of people. The only ones who will benefit are Obscenely wealthy billionaires with estates worth $5 million or more I believe . No estates taxes! Whoopee for the inheritors. Also the Corporate tax was slashed significantly. Billionaires and millionaires will receive something like 83% of the benefits! Corporate tax cuts are permanent. Whatever individual tax cut rates might be lowered are only short-term/temporary. Hidden in that "cut cut cut" bill was abolishing the individual mandates  found in the Affordable Health Care Act. So once again we the people get stiffed and the obscenely wealthy folks get obscenely wealthier. You know what's most curious about this? Many donjohn supporters are the ones who will be stiffed/hurt/damaged/harmed. They don't seem to care or know. They just delight in whatever doofus don says and they buy what he sells which is lies. I can't figger it out or them but I don't have to. I just look at them and wonder what universe they inhabit because it sure as he** ain't the same one I do. Next year Paul Ryan will focus on attacking entitlements. That hits where we live. Medicare and Social Security. They will also do bigly damage to Medicaid which the poor have to access to.  Well the billions they're gifting the obscenely wealthy with have to come from somewhere. Guess where? Righto! From social safety programs. So are we worried? Very. Thank you for your reply Addb! :)

I apologize Hartfire. Fastidious I have never been. I ask many questions every day and I get further behind. I do seek certain members to answer first because I KNOW I can count on them answering the question I ask absent any insult. You are certainly and always have been among the folks I look for. You are not the only one whom I have "ignored". It is not purposeful but some days the questions flood my brain and if I don't ask them they badger the he** outta me. I try to respond to  as many as I can but firstly and foremostly I have to ask them. Now I'm here multitasking from early morning when I awaken to usually mid-morning. My sleep pattern is quite whacky so I'll be on here anywhere from midnight to say 9am. When I shutdown that's it until the next early morning. Within that time we also go out to do errands or marketing. So again I apologize. I have a choice of course. Stop asking so many questions so I can be available to respond. Which would not work for me. I'd be a basket case having all those questions that occur to me fighting one another inside my head while my attention was diverted elsewhere. It is no excuse. It's all I have to give you. The truth. You have never been rude to me but I can see that you think I have been rude to  you. Not my intention. Now that I have my own category the traffic is less here. I ask all the questions I want and the replies are fewer which means I will have a better chance at acknowledging them.
