Is a problem with everyone has the right to believe whatever without anyone convincing them of their error is that few can refrain from

acting out their beliefs?

    I don't know about acting, but I know there is no way to control a person's thinking.  If you brainwash the person, that person's will has been taken away, thus, you have even less of the person than you had before you tried to control their thoughts.  The thoughts must stem from the person's intuitive inner core.  If you cause that process to stop and fill it with your own agenda, you don't have that person anymore.  You have a bastardized version of your own wicked self.
