$18 Billion requested to expand border wall. How may starving/homeless people could that feed and medical care could that provide?

Very little.

The 2017 budget was $4.147 trillion dollars. $18 billion is 0.43%. As always the left has no perspective. You worry about chump change but refuse to cut programs that spend TRILLIONS.

The U.S. has a population of 325 million people. So 18 billion is enough to pay each of them about 55 dollars, or the 43 million people on food stamps about $418 dollars each.

Besides the wall DOES help poor people since it will help prevent illegals from taking their jobs.

It's also important to remember that welfare just helps their immediate needs but does nothing to build a prosperous future. The wall won't fall down 1 year later. It's a gift that keeps on giving. Do you have a door on your home and a lock? How many homeless poor people could/do you help? 

Whom are they requesting it from?  And who are they?

The only windbag requesting any money for any wall is the moron we have entrusted the United States of America with.
