When my husband was alive, our "excercise routines" were nearly identical. We called it "work". Our business involved very intense physical labor, extensive walking, and the occasional sprint.
Ari and I go bushwalking and swimming together, and sometimes cycling or kayaking. I do many hours of weed-work on the farm, and ride horses when I can. I do brief yoga stretches several times a day. Ari does Tai Chi routines in the mornings.
