    Dont forget to cut it into thinish slices and grill it each side until it turns a bit brown......it's quite salty and very yummy when you gobble it up while still really hot........ :)D

    Well, let me think.  I have a Screaming Eagle, 2010, cabernet  sauvignon that will come in a box when it is shipped from Napa.  Will that do for starters?
