Wow some people are dumb, maybe a little chlorine in the gene pool wouldn't be so bad.. I know it sounds harsh, but they're bringing it upon themselves.
For most of human history, if people did stupid dangerous things, they died. Now we have all these safeguards protecting stupid people from themselves. This could be contributing to a gradual process of dumbening. Dumbening? Is that even a word? Ahh...it's gotten to me too!
